| Applications are now open for 2025 Trade Space Sites. For all Trade Space Enquiries, please call the Show Office, Wednesdays and Fridays 9:30 am till 2:30 pm or by email secretary@graftonshow.com.au |
| INFORMATION & CONDITIONS FOR TRADE SPACE EXHIBITORS 2025 |
| ⚫ Indoor sites in the main Pavilion (the “Barn”) must be set up by 6.00 pm Thursday 8th May. ⚫ Outdoor sites must be set up by 8.00 am Friday 9th May and all vehicles must be off the grounds. ⚫ The Show Office will be open extended hours prior to the Show for any enquiries and collection of vehicle passes and wristbands to provide you with passes for yourself and your vehicle; and for any other assistance required. ⚫ Please do not set up until you have checked in by phoning 6642 2200 and then you will be directed by the Trade Space Coordinator or the Show Secretary to your designated area. ⚫ Your exhibit must remain open for the duration of the Show unless prior arrangements have been made with either the Trade Space coordinator or the Secretary.
